So, do you feel safe with the cops in the neighborhood? Yeah, I feel safe, because if something happens, they come, you know? Everything's alright, you feel me? How safe is City Heights to you? It's safe because the police, they've got your back you know? How difficult is it to be yourself in City Heights? It's difficult because I'm Karen you know? Other country, they don't know me. When they see you, if they don't know you, they smile at you, they say hi, something like that. Do you think sport brings cultures together in the community? Yeah, because you know, when you play soccer together, not only like Karen country, you know, other country like the Mexicans, Vietnamese, the Asian, Mexican, they play together, that's why it brings the culture together. Do you get bored in City Heights? Not really, cause I got homies, friends, family. Do you want to stay in or leave City Heights? Just want to stay. Why? Cause I got homies and family, you know? To play with, to hang out with, you know? What are things you learn from diverse culture?
